Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your Dirt Devil product in its original packaging.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original attachments and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
